Chris Lancaster is a professional costume designer and theater technician with five years experience working in professional costume shops. They have designed and assistant designed a total of nine theatrical productions. They have also helped produce 19 theatrical productions in various technical roles, including as a stitcher and assistant flat patterner. They have worked for various companies throughout Utah including the Hale Center Theater in Sandy and Orem, Ballet West, Sundance Summer Theater, and An Other Theater Company. They have won many awards for their student designs, including being a Finalist at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region VIII for their designs for A Year With Frog and Toad, and Best Costume Design for a Main Stage Production 2018-2019 for Much Ado About Nothing. They earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts with a Theater Design and Production Emphasis from Utah Valley University in 2020.
In their free time, Chris performs as glamorous drag queen, Linnox Green. Linnox has performed on many stages in Salt Lake, including Metro Music Hall, The Depot, and Urban Lounge. She frequently opens for touring RuPaul’s Drag Race Contestants, most recently for Naiomi Smalls, Tammie Brown, and Season 5’s winner Jinkx Monsoon.
