For this production I worked as a flat pattern maker and costume stitcher.

I created a pattern for and constructed Mrs. Harcourt’s silver satin bolero by altering a commercial pattern of a jacket. Mrs. Harcourt was played by Kaylee McGhghy. To note some detail work on the bolero; I rhinestoned the front, as well as created built in armpit gussets to allow for movement when dancing.

I also drafted and constructed three small sailor hat fastenators, worn by women sailors in the ensemble.

Additionally, I made alterations to purchased gray sequin dresses worn by members of the ensemble. I cut slits into all dresses. This was a difficult task, given that there were no princess seams in the original dresses. I also added nude mesh panels to the front and back necklines. Marrying the mesh to the dress was work done by hand. I also embellished each of the dresses with pink rhinestones.

Lastly, I replaced sleeve headers in a vintage suit coat worn by the Captain played by Devon Trope.
